“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:” – Hebrews 12:14
Not seeing the Lord is synonymous with and as bad as not getting saved.
Not getting saved after one’s earthly sojourn is a plight you ordinarily will not wish for anyone, including enemies.
If only the earthlings will hearken, is not before us here this day a worthy instruction issued for our edification?
Yet the path of peace is as unto the quills of a porcupine for many.
And for others, like that shrunken bullseye on a dartboard, is the state of holiness.
These virtues are simply never aspired for and may never be tasted.
Be not like these as you journey through life.
The breath in you is of the Lord and with it comes His virtues by nature.
Exude the qualities of peace and holiness in your dealings with all humans,
Great is the reward that awaits you on this path, both in the now and hereafter.
