“Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.” – Romans 13:10
Getting by daily without trampling on toes in today’s world is a near impossibility.
Not where “survival of the fittest” is the watchword of an ever-increasing majority.
Made worse is the fact that the toes of a great many godless and corrupt ones are constantly deliberately laid out on the path of the righteous.
Hidden snares they are, waiting to be trampled upon for want of ulterior motives.
But you know what, there is that which conquers all, including hidden traps.
The Love of Christ upon which Christianity thrives is this.
Both proactive and resilient in operation is this love
Constantly seeking flawed characters as its beneficiaries rather than saved souls.
Reciprocating love expressed to you by another is good;
But even better is being the first to express such without prejudice.
Find that much-needed strength to be the first to reach out in love to your neighbour.
In doing this, be watchful against offences.
By so doing, fulfilling of the law is made a reality as the letter of the law is weakened against you.
Love and law become married in this glorious process.
Let this become you.
Stay blessed.
