“Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.” – Psalm 143:10
In the fulfilment of God’s will lies the release of our heart desires.
In most cases, around every home, the favourite child is likely to be the one that pleases either or both parents the most.
All through the ages and scriptures, this has also been the case between us humans and our heavenly Father with the obedient emerging as the best of God pleasers.
These same folks God regards as sons, friends and servants.
But we must know that arriving here with God is not natural for humans.
The flesh is constantly seeking to satisfy its selfish and carnal desires.
We need to be led into God’s land of uprightness where obedience to His will comes naturally.
And who else is best fit for this task other than God Himself, and this, by His Spirit?
He is always speaking, the issue is are you listening?
Look all around you and you will see that His guidance abounds.
God’s will is not farfetched.
