“Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth” – 1 Corinthians 13:6
This is much like stating the obvious but it is in the most obvious and glaring of circumstances humans have stumbled the most.
Say one thing before all and do another in secret.
Display love before the cameras and spark off infernos of animosity behind the scene.
Quick to give a kiss of affection on the outside but more treacherous than a thorny rose on the inside.
If you’ve truly got that love of Christ in you, described as an undying and undiluted love for God and selfless love for fellow humans, it would effortlessly manifest in your actions and not in speech alone.
It’s time to weigh your actions and evaluate your associations.
If within the confines of this scripture, great!
Anything outside of this is a call to action for amendment of your ways.
Learn to love in word and in deed, for there lies the true reward.
Stay blessed.
