“He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.” – Matthew 28:6
Jesus Christ awoke from death to life.
So have many after Him, from obscurity, hopelessness, physical and even spiritual death, to life abundant.
He swapped grave clothes for garments of glory.
Similarly, many have done the same, swapping garments and situations of shame for royal apparel of honour, joy and gladness.
Jesus experienced a change of address from the tomb to the Throne of Majesty.
Likewise, a great many have witnessed changes of addresses and levels from places of infamy to heights of unconcealed dignity.
For this reason, Jesus came.
For this business, He died and arose.
That we all may, through reconciliation to the Father, have life in abundance forevermore.
Jesus did it back then and is still doing it today.
He holds out this blessing for all who are interested.
