“Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.” – Matthew 6:34
Put worry in its place by confining it to a day.
Possibly, keep it tucked within a moment only and no more.
Why accord worries and concerns more attention than needed?
Last check revealed there is yet to emerge an individual that has successfully altered his or her situation by dwelling on these.
Sleep and awake into that new day first before losing any sleep over its issues.
Today’s matters are engaging and cumbersome enough.
Must you add that of the morrow to them when you haven’t even arrived there yet?
Jesus asked, “Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” – Matthew 6:27 NIV
Such is your attitude and accompanying ineptitude when you take on tomorrow’s issues today.
Give thanks to the Father for a new day and the life you have to see it.
To them that are joined to all the living there is hope;
For a living dog is better than a dead lion, admonishes that very great and truly wise King Solomon.
Still not convinced, then hear this here today for the first time in all time as a closing admonition;
Ponder it through and through in deep reflection for genuineness;
There is nothing you can do about what you can do nothing about.
This is a tested and true saying, as the words of the wise are.
Don’t glorify worries, glorify God instead.
Stay blessed.
