“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.” – Ecclesiastes 12:13
A summary too powerful to understand in itself alone.

Such is the message verse of this day.
Just as weighty as well is the subsequent and concluding verse of this chapter;
Summing up the words of the preacher and great wise one.
Present this day your priorities in life and take up this one truth from here in return.
Appraise such and see for yourself, is it any different from this “whole duty of man” spelt out here?
If yes, then be enlightened, you most likely are chasing shadows and smoke.
Whatever that priority is for anyone, man or woman, biblical gender not forebearing;
If it is any different from fearing God;
If it is devoid of obeying His commands as a reasonable act of service to Him;
A time comes when the wheel is broken at the cistern and the long journey to our eternal home commences;
Then shall the vanity in those priorities be revealed.
How late in the day this may be for the non-conformist.
A strong word of advice to all from this page this day and any time.
Make out time to read and meditate over this entitle chapter of the bible – Ecclesiastes 12.
Have a rethink about life and resolve to tow the recommended path thereafter.
Fear God and keep His commandments in all your ways and dealings.
