Effectiveness is measured by results.
Lack of result is synonymous with little to no effect at all.
For this reason, organizations hire and fire.
For the same reason, everything created, humans inclusive, exist, to produce a positive effect for the benefit of one another.
As humans, our anatomy is evident enough that everyone, male or female, educated or not, is fashioned for all-round effectiveness.
All limbs made by God, comprising our arms and legs, are productive and efficient.
No human head is created empty and we are all entitled to one with the same number of sensory organs.
Need more be said about how productive we all should be both to our kind and our Maker?
Excuses are no good, lazing around is wasteful and murmuring destroys quicker than all.
If you are in doubt of what to do or the way forward in life, return to God your Creator for a clue.
Find your place in the body of Christ and you will never fail to manifest the good works you have been created to produce.
