After the resurrection of Christ, what next?
After the celebrations and holidaying, where do we go from here?
“Back to our normal lives, of course”, is the typical response reechoed across board.
But surely, this cannot be the right one.
For all unsaved – and yes, you can tell whether or not you are; today’s scripture depicts the required response from you.
The normal life is just not good enough anymore.
The normal life of the normal human is abnormal to and incongruent with the ways and expectations of God.
Is it not written that friendship with the world equates enmity with God (James 4:4).
It is a life of lies, guises and facades that will undoubtedly fade away like a dream of the night someday.
And sadly, you or anyone else have got no control over that day.
How do we know this?
The graveyard speaks volumes.
Furthermore, the witnessing of the Spirit for the harmonious in Christ is undeniable proof enough.
