“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” – Psalm 119:105
Words, the world over, drive action.
They are known to precede events and in most situations do shape them.
But words do much more than this.
By words we live, and by same countless have died, having put them to unbefitting use.
If words are this powerful, does it not behove us to always seek to put them to best use for our good?
And if by words life and death can be obtained, then it must be safe to assert that light and darkness are in there as well.
By sound words come knowledge and knowledge is light, indisputably.
Conversely, loose words devoid of knowledge darken counsel. (Job 38:2)
Light, knowledge and life, or, darkness, ignorance and ultimately death, which of these would you rather embrace?
For sure and for virtually every sincere human, the former must be the case.
And if so, then this message your way is directed for your benefit.
There exists One and one Chief Source by which these positives are formed and may be obtained.
God Almighty is this One.
He is the Author of all words and by His ultimate Word, Jesus Christ, all that is seen was made. (John 1:1-4)
His word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, just as it was with King David, the originator of this speech.
God’s Word is this and much more to as many as accept and abide by It.
Don’t waste efforts groping in the dark for solutions to life’s issues too elusive for you to grasp.
Simply plug into this unfailing Power Source and become a marvel to the world around you.
