A Soft Answer.

A SOFT ANSWER AND ANGER STALLS

“A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.” – Proverbs 15:1

Seek, find and maintain peace with all men and women alike.

How? You may ask.

Especially when it is obvious that some were either built for trouble or have evolved into this in personality.

Here is one that offers a great choice as a good place to start.

‘Choice’, because it always boils down to decisions we make.

This is emboldened by every individual’s God-bestowed liberty to exercise such rights.

From the private corner of your home to the larger expanse of the open world before you.

From direct physical conversations to exchanges via electronic and other non-physical means.

For any interaction between you and any other individual, group or entity, be mindful of this day’s message.

In humility and not with arrogance, this can be attained.

Thoughtful words in lieu of mindless broken tap-like dripping makes all the difference.

By a soft answer in place of harsh words frayed nerves are calmed.

Diligent compliance to this admonition has bestowed length of days upon countless.

And by ignorance or outright neglect multitudes have shortened theirs.

In the end, here lies the conclusion of the matter.

Be gracious in speech for the avoidance of needless conflicts and be better off for it.

Stay blessed
