“A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.” – Proverbs 17:22
We all will age and eventually die one day.
However, you can slow down the ageing process preceding this.
All by taking control of the simple little things we so often ignore on a regular basis.
Emotion, for sure, is one big one among the little.
The abode of this remains your heart with effects that cascade over the body.
Controlling your emotions is only always a choice away.
A pointer to this is the afterthought following a wrong decision.
This often reveals to us how we could have handled or reacted to a situation better in retrospect.
Make your heart a wellspring of life to your body and those around you by keeping your emotions in check.
Worries change nothing;
Anger aggravates circumstances;
And so do all other negative emotions.
A merry heart, however, is the icebreaker and mood lightener.
Cheer up and be a life-giver.
Stay blessed.
