Jesus Surrendered His Ghost.

HIS GHOST HE SURRENDERED TO SAVE OURS

“And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.” – Luke 23:46

Job done!

Mission accomplished!

In Jesus’s words, this is written and interpreted thus, “It is finished:” – John 19:30.

And from that moment on the onus was passed on to mankind.

To believe or not to believe; to surrender or not to surrender; to accept or not to accept; and to abide or not to abide.

To every one of us these decisions we must make, accompanied by diverse consequences and experiences.

Jesus Christ paid the price for our redemption millennials ago.

His crucifixion and death on the cross of Calvary heralded this climax for the human race.

The most authoritative, comprehensive, and by far, the most popular Book on our planet today affirms this.

And this, besides many other sources of truth, including the deep and mysterious witnessing of the Holy Ghost.

A call for substantiation of this biblical truth cannot be unto man but to God Almighty.

For what man is there that can save and convince another outside the workings of the Father?

And who can draw any to salvation save for the Holy Spirit that convicts and converts?

Christ once again mentioned, “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him:” – John 6:44.

But shall this be held as an alibi unto unbelief and rejection even to the point of eternal damnation?

What an act of disguised suicide!

Arise, every living soul with a pulse for the afterlife, and grab this Cross of Salvation while you can.

Remember and celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ with a good understanding of purpose.

However, to what end is all this if your seat on this flight is not yet secured?

Be wise and do the needful now as opportunity affords you this season.

Jesus Christ awaits you with open arms.

Remain blessed.
