“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.” – Hebrews 10:35
Be in this race for the long haul and not for the now.
Be in it for a purpose and not as a pastime.
Maintain your focus on the prize, not the stands, if you must stand out in the end.
By this shall your “recompence of reward” from the Master come.
But to what end is your participation without confidence, if this is your case?
And of what use is the constant fuelling of efforts without faith?
The Christian race is a marathon and not a sprint.
Trusting God likewise must be accompanied by patience and not perplexity.
Learn to walk the confines of this tightrope by grace from above.
For by faith, the just live. (Hebrews 10:38).
To the crushed and backslidden ones, there is no better time to recalibrate and get back in line.
And to those yet to activate their trust in God as a lifetime sole option, what a great time to start.
New day, new month, renewed hope and off you go!
Make this month of May that memorable month of a decision for Christ, starting from now.
Don’t get caught out!
Stay blessed.
