“The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.” – Psalm 18:2
This is yours.
Here lies the source of your confidence.
Upon this Rock, the launchpad for your exploits is founded and grounded.
In this fortress you are holed up against every adversity, seen or unforeseen.
And as for deliverance, there is no iota of doubt in the ability of this God to show up whenever needed.
So long as you are connected and, indeed, remain connected to Him.
But now comes this discomfiting question, ‘Is this certainly you?’.
Is God truly the source of your strength and in Whom your trust resides?
Is He buckled up your arm as your Buckler against the wicked invisible swords of your adversaries?
Can this same Jesus Christ whose resurrection the world continues to recount and celebrate be said to be the Horn of your salvation?
Has He become your High Tower putting you at an unimaginable height above every principality and power out there? (Ephesians 1:21)
Any response short of a YES to all these questions poses a red flag begging for instant remediation.
Here lies a tested and tried solution to frustration, failure, misfortune, unstable health, and much more, on an unending list of unwanted conditions.
Jesus holds the key to the ever-elusive life you’ve desired all along.
And now that He lives on, you are admonished to draw closer and close the rest of your abode on His premises with Him.
Make this scripture your creed and secure your unshakeable confidence in God today.
You are sure to be the better off for this.
Remain blessed.
