“For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” – Galatians 5:14
This may be likened to a case of many varied pills versus one injection as cure for an ailment.
The question is which would you rather settle for?
With the pills come the routine complexities of stringent timelines and prescribed quantities that must be adhered to or else consequences kick in.
This is the Law.
But thank God for Jesus Christ.
He it is that has facilitated the recomposition of these pills into a single dosage of injection called Love, administrable by the Holy Spirit as a fruit.
Gone is the era of the grimly colored pills of the Law by which humans stumbled and the blood of livestock abound.
We must open up to receiving the love of Christ.
We must become like-minded with and in Him.
Then must we also radiate the same to everyone we come across, beyond our contemporary neighbours.
In doing this, we attain the level of perfection demanded by the law.
